i remember that thread on pv where we argued about that. it was funny. the brainwashed fundmentalists had a hard time sounding mature.

We might be able to have KMXT broadcast the whole show live.. they want to anyway. I need someone who knows what they are doing (James) to come down to KMXT with me sometime. They have a mixing board Joe said we could use, but he can't guarantee it works. It hasn't been used for a long, long time.

Also, no lights. KEA can't give us 220 power, but it's not liek we need the lights. Brendan is the only one that might bother, if it even bothers him, but just so you gusy know, no fancy lights at Crab fest.

First off i would like to congratulate you for spelling my name right. very few people can do that. and secondly, i dont care if you dont need lights, im gonna bring them anyway. nothing fancy, i just need an excuse to have a comfy seat that has room to stretch. i dont need 220 power, i just need an outlet. nothing more.
hell, i wont even bring all eight of the lights, ill only bring half. simple lights for a simple reason. nothing fancy.

5:30-6:30(7:00?): Set-up
Bands:

Super Groove Operators (30 Minutes): Logan Cole Justin Leedy Ryan Docena Valtentin Sommer Byron Neslund Sampson Neslund
A la Ska (30 Minutes): Ryan Bateman Jackson Bolger Kelly Englund Jordan Rodgers

As you guys can see, Jesse Sterns' band dropped. I think the half hour is a good buffer for in-between stuff. THat puts 5 or 6 minutes between each band, for MCing stuff.

Also, I think I am going to buy some guitar picks that have "K-Town MC" or "K-Town Music" or something written on them. They are pretty cheap I think, we can just give them away at the show. We should look into a banner.

dont worry, your not goint the bad kind of insane, your staying the good kind. James was just using his giant oalf mind trickkery to confuse you into saying 220 power. have a monkey kick him.

i don't think time for tea will be playing. i can play some of my own stuff if i can use someone's acoustic, and maybe reen could play.

That's too bad, but I'd love to have Reen and Ande play. I don't have an acoustic, so you'd have to get somone else's, but I'm sure you can get one.

Remember, set up is only one hour. We should get our stuff up on the sidewalk beside the act before us, and then haul freakin' ass setting it up. We should try to do a quick soundcheck, as well. We need mics. Oh shit. Bring mics!

Mike Wall says that we can't broadcast until seven, so should we hold of on the REAL beginning (i think offering some spots to some solo acts or something during setup sounds great)

No. I have three hours of music, plus the time needed in between for switches and stuff. Crab Fest closes at 10:00. I am the first one up anyway. I don't care if I'm not broadcasted.

ok my bad, PART of the parking lot is roped off. Anyways it's better than nothing.
We need to have some band playing early during set up so we can run sound checks and make sure everything is working.
