Ok, Music on the Mall is less than two weeks away. We need to make sure we have everything now so we can order anything that we may need. This time we aren't going to bring everybody's and their brother's amp. Just post what stuff you have so we have a pool to choose from.
Here's a list of what I know we need:
Mics Mic Stands 1/4" to XLR converters Long cables. Prefferably heavier gauges than guitar cables, but anything over 12 ft. would be really nice. Both XLR and 1/4" Short cables, too. Power strips Speakers DRUMSET

I don't think plugging you in would help much.
This is for equipment, stay on topic.

Power strips will be no problem at all. I have one that I will devote to all of my gear.

Just give people a bit fo time. We'll get it firgured out. In the meantime, you should see what you can get from KMXT or elsewhere (Dr. Meyers).
Also.. the boards have been a bit.. dead of late.

as much as i appreciate the willingness to help, we're gonna need a full drum set. Ryan hasan electric drumset with real cymbals that we could use if we can't get something else.

Ryan said Jackson might let us use his. I will talk to him tomorrow. Also, along with Alex's penis, I will offer the use of mine as a toothpick or dental floss, depending upon the extent to which I am aroused at the time.

He got tired of the crappy electric cymbals. You could tune the rest pretty good but they always sounded like crap and you had to hit a certain spot for an "edge"
So looks like we'll have a drumset and guitar amps. I havn't talked with meyer's yet (altought i was fully intending to) if anyone has speakers speak up, we need them.

Finished up with the soundboard today, it sounds great and has awesome reverb. It's going to kick ass. Adding to the cable lisr a speakon to 1/4" does anyone have these? If not I'll ask tom.

That rim/edge/dynamic stuff is annoying. It still wouldn't work right for me on this $7000 electronic set I tried in Seattle. It's just not the same. Or maybe I just suck at it. Either way, it's not the same.

forrest, i suggest talking to jake shields (486-6041) about using his drumset. and I have a pretty long, yet old, guitar cord, and a crappy peavy amp if needed.

a lot of people complained about using jake shields' drum set. besides, we shouldn't ask him again since we already used it once.

1. jake wont care. 2.people complain about a lot of things, but its better than an electric drum set.
