As I. No one is hiring. I was interviewed at Walmart and even recommended to management but they never called back

Fuck. I was thinking about Blockbuster too, but I don't think I'll apply. I'm pretty set on being a substitute teacher now. Finding work in Kodiak in Feb. is no fun.

talk to bud cassidy when spring comes around. you could ride around on a mower and do what dave wein...weinand..(? the dad in "White Room") says for starting $10/hr. I think it's usually a summer job, but grass grows in spring too. or if you see my dad, you could ask him about it

Twice last week. He talks to Dave. He doesn't seem creepy, but I don't know him. Andrew pointed him out to me.

You could always work at the canneries or on a boat once summer rolls round. Just gotta be persistent.

Does nobody else notice how many people die on boats each year? At least one person a year dies in the Bering Sea, and usually at least one dies in a fishing accident near Kodiak. I am not into those odds.

yeah... i need a job now. i'm applying at mack's and cost saver's. Do those places need people? I just don't want to apply to the same places you are. That wouldn't be too terribly nice. I decided to scrap the substitute teacher idea. I just don't think anybody at the HS would take me too seriously. I can still pass as a HS student....

Maybe if I start making some moolah, I'll pay you to give me a few lessons. I've always wanted to learn, just haven't gotten around to it.
