Okay. I have been thinking about this and I think the Teen Center is the best option. I am going to speak with Ian Fulp on the morrow about using the Teen Center without charge (due to our prospective collectage of cans). Also, we have the issue of lights and a PA yet again. We are not going to have a repeat of last time. Although it turned out fien and we got kickass lights, a kickass light man, and a kickass PA, I want to be better organized this time. So.. what are we goignt o do about lgiths and the PA? I am more worried about lgihts. I am going to miss those nice ones we had. Anybody know where we could rent a set of those or something? Help me out here.

I spoke to Ian Fulp today. The Teen Center is open for use, I just have to fill out a form jobbie and tell them to make sure Mr. Fulp gets it. He didn't mention a fee, and I didn't ask yet. If there is a fee, I am going to ask that all bands contribute to the payment of said fee. Our main problem is lights and a PA system. I wish we coudl use the lights we used for Sock Full of Steel, but we can't. We can't use that PA either. They both belong to the school, and they have alreayd done so much for us. Also, as soon as school equip gets there, it will become a school-sponsored event, and I know how much you all want to mosh and rock. I know I do. THis is it. I will set a date next time I talk to him. I am going to start this right now, too.
For the next show, I am counting on the following bands' presence (so far):
Necropolis Me, Valentin, Brandon, and Asa. Tool covers. No name yet. Mrs. Buttersworth (Shade's grunge band)
If you would like to be in, tell me. I am going to make a list of everybody who wants in, and go from there. This is the pre-preliminary list, so it really means nothing for now. I want everyone to start practicing as SOON as possible. That means NOW. This will probably happen in a little over a month. Maybe a month and a half. It might even be in the first week of summer. We'll see.

Actually the PA and lights were auditoriums (yes, they really aren't the school anymore, even though it is in the school) and we weren't technically suppose to use any of it. But I know Tom and he's a cool guy.But Rick Langfitt would throw a fit we we took that stuff out of the school, so chances of getting that stuff is low, but existant. An outdoor concert would only work if we had bouncers and help from city/whoever's property we use. And I am looking for more band members. So, ya.

Have you guys practiced at all? Do you even have any songs? I think this one should be by audition only so we don't get a half-assed Sockpuppets again.

Charlie plays drums like a little girl that can't remember how to count to four. He was the main reason the Sockpuppets weren't playing on time. If you got a different drummer then it would probably sound much better.

No the reason we weren't on time is because Forrest couldn't stay on beat if his hair depended on it.

And because Charlie really sucks at the drums. Forrest may be rhythmically challenged, but Charlie's suckery really amplified the off-timeness.

Hes a good drummer, not the best, but the main reason that he messes up was becaue the set was set up a lot different then what we always played on.

Jackson, Logan, and Jake didn't have any trouble at all. I think the only one that was worse than Charlie was Thor Johnson and he was REALLY terrible. I think Charlie has tricked people into thinking he's a good drummer by just saying it alot. He's not. He just plain sucks.

Yep. And I was a coward that definitely didn't play guitar in two bands of completely different styles and sing in one of them. Nope. I never would've been able to do that. Because I'm not courageous enough to get up and play like Charlie. I wish I could be as awesome as Charlie.
