Floor/Set-Up Plan:
The Blue Area is the musician waiting area. We would like only band members to be allowed in this area because of the equipment. We would also like it if you hung out there instead of in the audience so we can find you easily, but you can go out in the audience if you want. Andy Schmitt will be the usher running around looking for you guys if you're not back there. The Playing Area is well... obvious. The Audience Area is where the audience should stay. Just in front of the playing area and up on the steps and stuff. The Tune-Up/Green Room will be down the stairwell at the locker rooms. Bands should be in this area as soon as the act before them starts playing. The reason for them being there early is so we can make sure everybody is there, they can get a little pumped and tune their guitars there so they don't have to on stage. NO CHAIRS IN THE AUDIENCE!
Other Things:
Friday Lunch Promo-
Tonedeaf Sock Puppets will be playing. Ask Forrest if you can do anything.
Posters-
Everyone has been making them. So if you make one, make a few copies and post them around school or around town.
Drumset-
Ethan Pinto's
PA System-
From James' church.
Lights:
Check. Brendan will be running lights, don't give him a hard time. There will be ABSOLUTLEY NO turning off of the PA system or amps during ANY band's slot. If this happens our very own Andy Schmitt will drag their ass out of there. And we will all help.
People-
Invite your friends and your enemies. We want a rockin' joint.
Youth Alive:
Youth Alive is having a fundraiser dinner on the 26th from 5-7PM so people will be there when we are starting. If you are interested in getting tickets for the dinner it is $20 for the first ticket, and $15 for any more you may purchase. I think it's like prime rib or something, I dunno.
Saturday-If you are playing you need to show up at 3PM for your sound check and final setup. Don't be late.
Recording:
I will be recording the show to give to people who want it. give me a few days after the show as I will want to relax before I go in and do a little editing and burn it to cd's. Also I think Brynn Davis will be recording the show to video and burn some dvd's... he might charge for that though... I don't know. I think it'd be cool to get, but I wouldn't pay for it. I think most feel the same way... (hint hint, brynn if you ever read these.)
