Glad we could help, Forrest. Shawn, that would kick so much ass. You realize, of course, that you would have to wear that wig at every show, right? I think we're going to start practicing regularly so we could play more songs at the next concert, probably mostly originals with plenty of Maiden covers mixed in. Haha. I like wearing that thing. I'm just going to have to tape it down next time so it doesn't fall off every 5 seconds.

I don't know...wouldn't that hurt to take off? And it looked pretty cool bouncing around like that.

Not me, but Shawn's the one that gets it all. Of course, everyone knows that the air-guitarist also gets all the groupies. It's a trade off.

If I could sing like Robert Plant and looked a bit more like him, THEN I'd get groupies.
Or if I looked like David Lee Roth's picture on the cover of Van Halen I.
"Yeah, we’re runnin’ a little bit hot tonight. I can barely see the road from the heat comin’ off of it. Ah, you reach down, between my legs, Ease the seat back."
YES. Then I'd get groupies. I don't care if you guys like Van halen or not, those are some of the best lyrics known to man and woman kind.

this ethan pinto by the way. anyways i thought the show was awesome. it's been a long time since i've heard good live music. i thought that "All Except One" didn't too bad seeing as i was a fill-in and took a CD player and learned the songs 5 minutes before we were supposed to play It's just punk so it isn't anything special, but i've never in my life played with any of the other dudes, but it was fun and i couldn't here anything cept my self so it was all good. i'de definately love to play again with some other people if possible and a different genre of music.

It doesn't matter what type of music it is a lot of times, just being up there next to the live music is good enough.

Except for emo. No one likes to listen to that. The singer in Winter's Apathy is AWFUL and Abel just looked stupid with his guitar around his knees whacking at it like a loser. I think it's fair to say that they were the low point of the night.

Yeah, Emo does suck the big one.
On a random note, haha, I think somebody should do an "I Ran" cover of A Flock of Seagulls next time. With somebody good on keyboards. That'd be so sweet. And they have to do the hairdo too.

I think the SG Operators could operate that one. We could get someone like Rachel or Hannah Stone to do soprano vocals on it because the Ops are instrumental.

But what does it mean?
I read my post after coming back to this board and started laughing loudly at my own wit. That's sad.

i don't get it
i don't get what the man was trying to tell me either. it's one of the more confusing parts of my life. It was as i was leaving king's. the older man shut his car door, i looked at him, he was looking at me, he said "op," it disrupted my pace of walking for a very brief moment thinking he was going to say something more, i held the door for him, he walked in without a thanks. just the previous opping. I did my best to move on

It's weird the things that stick in your head, isn't it? I remember one time in Canada I bought a hat at the Continental Divide gift shop on the Alcan and the guy said it was ten dollars American. After we left, I looked at the price tag and saw that it was only twelve dollars Canadian. I was really mad that this guy had just ripped me off for a good buck fifty.
